Really Tough Tuffie Stuffing:
• The supportive, warm stuffing inside your Really Tough Tuffie may need replacing
at some point and this is possible to do at home.
• Order the correct size for your bed, large or small.
• The stuffing is made from a polyester fibre filling and come as a little pillow.
• Instructions come with your delivery. You can also see them here.
• This might be a good time to replace the top fabric too. See here.

Our Really Tough Tuffie Stuffing comes in two sizes, Small and Large to fit your existing bed. If you are unsure which RTT you have, please call us and we will be able to help.

Guarantee and Returns Policy

Delivery

Delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only. We state the approximate delivery time on your order confirmation. 

As a guideline, we are usually around 5-7 working days for delivery to UK mainland addresses. For legal reasons we have to ask you to give us up to 21 days, but this is highly unlikely. If a fabric is not currently in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or soon after. All delivery dates provided are estimates and we shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery. Once goods are delivered to your designated address they become your sole responsibility and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to goods thereafter. If you have stated a safe place where the courier can leave your parcel, it is your responsibility to judge if it is a safe place.

Delivery to UK Islands and abroad

When you order items to be delivered to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Outer Hebridies and islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Whight, Jersey or Guernsey there is an extra charge of £12 for a small item, such as a cover on its own, and £25 for larger items like several covers or a full bed. There is also an added delivery time of 2-4 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any defective goods or discrepancy noted need to be notified as soon as possible to Tuffies, Carnousie Smiddy, Turriff, AB53 4LN. If this is done within a reasonable timescale, we will make arrangements to collect, replace or refund your purchases. No refund or replacement can be made on goods, which have been altered in any way.

If, on receipt of your order, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may cancel the contract within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods by notifying Tuffies in writing. You may return the item at your cost or pay for our courier to collect it (the cost of collection is £15 and collection can ONLY be done from UK mainland addresses) for a full refund of the goods as long as the item is not soiled, damaged or has been altered in any way. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Beds made bespoke in regards to size, shape or fabrics can not be returned unless they suffer from a manufacturing defect.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, we will be pleased to give you a full refund. Refunds will only be made once the items have been collected and received in perfect condition. The time limit for returns is 28 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cleaning

Cleaning instructions are provided on our website and we shall not in any event be liable for any damage caused indirectly or directly by our goods by incorrect cleaning procedures.

Guarantees and disclaimer

Tuffies dog beds can not take any responsibility for harm caused by dogs or any other animal chewing and/or ingesting any of our products. We do not claim our products to be chewproof or indestructible although they are durable and tough.
